We had a wonderful, albeit short, stay at Family Tree for a night, and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to explore Krabi. The hotel part is hidden away inside the Much and Mellow coffee shop, but all we had to …

We stayed one night after arriving from London and the staff greeted us from the taxi with umbrellas as it was raining. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious, well decorated and with complimentary cookie bites, sweet treats, Coca Cola, tea and coffee. Shower was lovely, bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Just gutted we didn’t have time to have a pastry and coffee from the bakery downstairs, it looks amazing!

Fantastic bakery, breakfast and coffee quality amd service. Well designed and fitted with all amenitys! Nice bars around. We spend only one night there but i can recommend it also for a longer stay

"Lucky for us, there was only one girl assisting with the check-in, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated with reasonably priced furniture. The room rate even included a minibar, three jars of cookies, a coffee drip set, and they would serve milk and cake before bed. The bathroom amenities were thoughtfully selected and had a very pleasant fragrance."

The Family Tree Hotel was a charming place to stay, with welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. We had a great experience during our stay there. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. It had a wide variety of amenities such as toiletries, extra toothbrushes if required, bathrobes, coffee, water, juice, and little treats/cookies. I also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendliness. One of the highlights was the restaurant located on the ground floor, which served delicious food and had an attractive design. In the daytime, the restaurant also doubles as a cozy cafe, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for your stay if you are in Krabi city.

It's worth going to Krabi Town just to stay in this hotel, no joke. We loved the personal touches (including snacks), the minimalist design, and the spaciousness of the room. Everything was spotless and the bed was SO comfortable. The cafe downstairs is great too (though it's cash only!) and very popular. All in all, a great value.
